Before establishing ORT.ventures, Mr. Fedchin was an active business angel, backing dozens of successful startups, among them were a few notable HR-tech companies like Adzuna.com (leading job search platform in UK and US) and Potok.io (leading recruitment and staff onboarding platform in Russia, acquired in 2017 by SeverGroup). He also served as a global mentor at Google Developers Launchpad programs.
For a few years Vadim was a contributor and co-editor of the UK-based business magazine Offshore Investment.
Vadim graduated with distinction from Institute of international trade and law in 2005, receiving BA in international law. A decade later he completed a masters of science in law and finance program from University of Oxford and Said Business School. Vadim is also qualified as a broker/dealer/securities manager and independent financial advisor.
